We are seeking a dynamic and patient-centric Prescription Administrator to join our operations team at our Reading office. As part of the UK founding team, you will play a key role in establishing the operations and patient-facing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional patient support through telephone and email inquiries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date electronic health records
  • Ensure seamless prescription management and dispensing processes
  • Collaborate with the pharmacy and clinical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Communicate effectively with patients regarding prescription updates and changes
  • Work closely with partner pharmacies to ensure accurate prescription delivery and dispensing
  • Support operational and clinical recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Monitor and report incidents and significant events to the Head of Governance
  • Provide operational support to clinicians working in the service
  • Liaise with the product and tech support team on technical issues
  • Contribute to service improvement initiatives and attend relevant meetings
  • Maintain mandatory training and familiarity with company policies and SOPs
Requirements
  • 2+ years of work experience in a healthcare environment (advantageous but not essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail and high level of IT proficiency
  • Good understanding of working in a highly regulated industry and following policies and SOPs
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a patient-centric approach
