Nicholson Glover is a leading Behavioural Science Consultancy that specialises in creating and delivering transformative Learning & Development (L&D) programs that integrate Behavioural Science. We are seeking a dynamic Behavioural Science Consultant - Academy Manager to lead our Behavioural Science Academy and drive organisational excellence for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • L&D Program Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to assess training needs and objectives. Design bespoke L&D programs incorporating Behavioural Science and advanced instructional design.
  • Content Creation: Develop top-tier training materials that align with client goals, address Behavioural challenges, and foster desired outcomes.
  • Facilitation and Delivery: Lead engaging training sessions, both in-person and virtually, ensuring active participation, knowledge retention, and Behaviour change.
  • Evaluation and Continuous Improvement: Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and enhance training strategies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and research teams to ensure seamless delivery of training services. Share insights and best practices to continually elevate the effectiveness of L&D offerings.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in designing and delivering L&D programs in a corporate or consulting environment.
  • Skills: Deep understanding of Behavioural Science principles and their application to training and development. Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, evaluate program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement. Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Personal Qualities: A commitment to delivering high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.
