* Implement robust evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programmes and gather feedback

Requirements:

* Bachelor\u2019s degree in psychology, behavioural science, or a related field
* Proven experience in designing and delivering Behavioural Science training programmes in a corporate or consulting environment
* Deep understanding of Behavioural Science principles and their application to training and development
* Excellent facilitation and presentation skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences and effectively communicating complex concepts
* Strong analytical abilities to interpret data, evaluate programme effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement
* Exceptional project management skills to handle multiple priorities and deadlines
