About the Role

We are seeking a Behavioural Science Consultant to join our team at Unconventional Wisdom, a small consultancy that specialises in applying behavioural science to real-world business challenges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in behavioural science, with a Master's degree or higher in a relevant field. They will be able to translate complex behavioural science concepts into practical solutions that drive business results.

The Behavioural Science Consultant will work closely with our founder and lead consultant to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients. This will involve conducting customer research, designing and implementing behavioural solutions, and working with clients to refine and enhance their customer communications.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about behavioural science, has a creative flair, and is able to work independently as well as part of a team. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and project management skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply behavioural science principles to real-world business challenges
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to inform solution design
  • Design and implement behavioural solutions to drive business results
  • Work with clients to refine and enhance their customer communications
  • Collaborate with the founder and lead consultant to deliver high-quality solutions

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in behavioural science, psychology, or a related field
  • Strong background in behavioural science, with a focus on real-world applications
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Right to work in the UK
