Governance and Risk Management Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Governance and Risk Management Lead to oversee our Change & Technology division on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is a pivotal moment to become part of our organization as we embark on an ambitious transformation journey. The Project Office team is essential in ensuring that we achieve our change objectives effectively, and as the Governance and Risk Management Lead, you will be instrumental in driving our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and oversee the governance framework within the Technology department.
- Identify, coordinate, and manage project and departmental risks.
- Ensure thorough and timely reporting of project statuses to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to uncover trends and anticipate potential delays.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and formulate risk mitigation strategies.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for governance, risk management, and reporting between project teams and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Governance and Risk Management Lead role will possess strategic thinking capabilities along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Given the fast-paced and complex nature of our environment, the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities is essential. While not mandatory, a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or a professional certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Governance would be advantageous.
