Position Overview:
We are seeking a Governance and Risk Management Lead to oversee our Change & Technology division on a full-time, permanent basis.
This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to our ambitious change agenda. The Project Office team plays a pivotal role in delivering our transformation initiatives, and as the Governance and Risk Management Lead, you will be integral to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and manage the governance framework.
- Identify and coordinate project and departmental risks.
- Ensure comprehensive reporting within the Technology division.
- Oversee project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate updates to stakeholders.
- Analyze project data to identify trends and forecast potential delays.
- Establish and maintain a risk management framework, conducting regular assessments.
- Develop and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison for governance, risk management, and reporting between project teams and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate for the Governance and Risk Management Lead role will be a strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, adept at managing multiple projects and priorities.
While not mandatory, a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or a professional certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Governance would be advantageous.
If you possess experience in project management and risk assessment, familiarity with project management tools, and strong communication and presentation skills, we would be eager to hear from you.
