We're seeking a skilled PMO Governance & Risk Lead to join our Change & Technology department on a full-time, permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Project Office, you'll oversee and enhance the governance framework, highlighting and coordinating project and departmental risks, and ensuring comprehensive reporting within our Technology department.

Your key responsibilities will include project reporting, ensuring timely and accurate reporting of project statuses to stakeholders, and analyzing project data to identify trends and forecast potential delays. You'll establish and maintain a risk management framework, conduct regular risk assessments, and develop risk mitigation strategies.

As the PMO Governance & Risk Lead, you'll act as the primary liaison for project governance, risk management, and reporting matters between project teams and senior management.

We understand the importance of work-life balance and want to support our colleague to do their best work, have a good work-life balance, and work flexibly while staying connected and getting the job done.

Along with flexibility, we offer lots of the perks and benefits you would expect from an FCA-regulated company, including a health cash plan, flexible benefits allowance, on-site masseuse, and yoga classes, Employee Assistance Programme, and mental health first aid.

What we're looking for:

As PMO Governance & Risk Lead, you'll need to be a strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll be working in a complex, fast-paced environment, so you'll need to be able to manage multiple projects and priorities. While not essential, it would be great if you have a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or another related field or a professional certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Governance.

If you have previous experience in project management and risk assessment, an understanding of project management software and tools, and strong communication and presentation skills, then we'd love to hear from you.
