As a key member of our Risk and Governance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Head of Risk and Governance in driving the overall end-to-end strategy and adherence to our processes and controls via governance oversight.

You will also contribute to the continued enhancement of risk management across our anti-money laundering (AML) controls globally.

• Develop and implement effective risk management strategies that align with our governance framework.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring the integrity and effectiveness of our internal control framework.

• Provide expert guidance on risk and control matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• Analyze data from multiple sources to inform risk-based decisions, ensuring the ongoing effectiveness of our risk management framework.

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure effective risk governance and oversight.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements, ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our risk management framework.

• Develop and deliver training programs to enhance risk awareness and understanding across the organization.
