Position Overview:
We are seeking a Governance and Risk Management Lead to oversee our Change & Technology division on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a pivotal moment to contribute to our ambitious transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance and oversee the governance framework to ensure effective project delivery.
- Identify, coordinate, and manage project and departmental risks, ensuring thorough reporting within our Technology division.
- Provide timely and accurate project status updates to stakeholders, utilizing data analysis to identify trends and forecast potential delays.
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive risk management framework, conducting regular assessments and developing mitigation strategies.
- Act as the primary liaison for governance, risk management, and reporting between project teams and senior leadership.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively. A degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field, or professional certification in Project Management, Risk Management, or Governance is preferred but not mandatory.
If you possess experience in project management and risk assessment, familiarity with project management tools, and strong communication and presentation skills, we would be interested in your application.
