As an Office Support Coordinator at Bellrock, your contributions will include:

  • Providing general office assistance.
  • Managing extensive calendars, including scheduling meetings and arranging travel.
  • Generating purchase orders and handling invoice processing.
  • Managing expense reports and credit card transactions.
  • Coordinating travel and accommodation arrangements.
  • Responding to and directing inquiries from various channels.
  • Covering reception duties, including overseeing housekeeping and meeting room management.
  • Assisting colleagues with workspace reservations.
  • Handling postal duties, including courier services.

What You Need
