Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Office Administrator to join our team at Recra Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating logistics for various projects, including vendor management and procurement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Manage project logistics, including coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Procurement: Source and procure materials, services, and equipment as required by projects.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, record-keeping, and other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Experience with SAP Software: Experience with SAP software, including data management and reporting.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
