Job Title: Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals NHS Trust. As a Senior Occupational Health Nurse Advisor, you will provide a high-quality, comprehensive Occupational Health service to our clients, in line with the contract agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Senior Occupational Health Nurse, providing a high-quality, comprehensive Occupational Health service to a key NHS community Trust clients.
  • Support the Occupational Health services delivered to Epsom & St Helier NHS Trust as required.
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders and deliver and promote occupational health to the highest standards.
  • Provide the full remit of services, including case management, pre-workforce screening, vaccination, and phlebotomy services.
  • Work at all levels of the organization, building relationships and providing excellent team support.

Requirements:

  • NMC registered as Specialist Practitioner in Occupational Health with at least five years post-registration experience.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and OH computer systems.
  • Ability to provide and receive highly complex or contentious information, requiring motivational, negotiating, empathetic, or reassurance skills.
  • Experience of developing and implementing national guidance into occupational health policy.
  • Experience of gathering data and producing reports.
