We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Occupational Health Nurse Advisor to join our team at Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our occupational health service, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice on employee health and wellbeing.
Main Responsibilities- Operational Delivery: You will be responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of occupational health services to our trust and commercial service users, including pre-commencement and immunity screening, management of body fluid exposures, and infection prevention and control advice to staff.
- Promoting Excellence: You will promote excellence in nursing and maintain and improve clinical standards, supporting the creation of a service that is patient-focused and inspires patient and employer confidence.
