About the Role

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Apprentice Customer Service Advisor. As a key member of our store team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our stores.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring that every customer leaves the store feeling valued and satisfied.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a high level of store standards, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Assist with till operations, including handling customer transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Support the Assistant or Store Manager in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
