Job Title: Retail Deputy Manager

We're looking for a talented Retail Deputy Manager to join our team. As a key member of our store leadership, you'll play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of the store in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless operations and excellent customer service.
  • Lead by example, inspiring your team to deliver exceptional results and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and improve store standards.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve commercial targets and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and develop talent within the team, providing coaching and training to help them grow and succeed.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong merchandising and visual display skills.
