About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Deputy Manager to join our team at The Works. As a key member of our store leadership team, you will play a vital role in driving sales, improving customer experience, and developing our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assume store leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and achieving commercial targets.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive store atmosphere, promoting a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
  • Drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction through effective merchandising, visual displays, and customer engagement.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure they reach their full potential.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager and other departments to achieve business objectives and improve store standards.

Requirements
  • Proven retail leadership experience, with a track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Strong merchandising and visual display skills, with the ability to create engaging and effective store displays.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
