About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Swansea Morfa team at New Look. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the store manager to lead the store team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with the store manager and visual coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales associates to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and control store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

About You:

  • You have previous deputy management experience and a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • You have a strong commercial acumen and a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
  • You are a customer-obsessed individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
