About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Deputy Manager to join our Swansea Morfa team at New Look. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the store manager to lead and inspire the store team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the store manager to lead the store team to create a customer-obsessed atmosphere, delivering a shopping experience that helps customers express their individuality, personality, and unique style through fashion.
  • Work alongside the store manager and visual coach to identify opportunities to impact KPIs, customer service, team development, and overall sales.
  • Be fully accountable for store performance, driving sales growth and exceeding targets.
  • Lead and manage a team, fostering a culture of collaboration, resilience, and customer obsession.

About You

  • You have previous deputy management experience, with a proven track record of leading and managing a team.
  • You have a strong commercial acumen, with a good understanding of compliance and P&L reporting.
  • You are a New Look brand advocate, passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • You have a history of delivering and exceeding KPIs and key objectives.
