Job Title: Group Marketing Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Group Marketing Analyst to join our team at The AA. As a key member of our Marketing Strategy and Operations function, you will be responsible for providing marketing performance insights across the group.

Your primary focus will be on maintaining and optimizing KPI dashboards and marketing frameworks, providing regular performance updates to stakeholders. You will also collaborate closely with Marketing colleagues to proactively identify, clearly visualize, and explain performance hypotheses.

In addition, you will proactively identify new marketing opportunities based on ongoing reporting and campaign analysis, working with Marketing Managers to propose growth initiatives using your insight.

You will conduct marketing campaign analysis across various products and services, playing a key role in campaign planning and post-campaign evaluation. You will also evaluate large data volumes, visualizing clearly and simply, and support the management of external suppliers of Marketing Mix Modelling.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and optimize KPI dashboards and marketing frameworks
  • Collaborate with Marketing colleagues to identify performance hypotheses
  • Proactively identify new marketing opportunities
  • Conduct marketing campaign analysis
  • Evaluate large data volumes
  • Support management of external suppliers of Marketing Mix Modelling
Requirements:
  • Marketing Analytics: Experience in marketing communication channel analytics
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to deliver accurate and insightful analysis
  • Analytics Simplification: Skilled at translating complex analytics into actionable recommendations
  • Marketing Mix Modelling: Understanding of its role in marketing measurement
  • Commercial Awareness: Understanding of the broader business strategy and objectives
  • Effective Collaboration: Well-organized team player with excellent communication skills
  • Numeracy and Tools: Highly proficient in data manipulation and analytical tools
  • Education and Qualifications: Degree-level qualification in an analytical discipline
