At Uniform, we're seeking a talented Junior Client Director to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you'll be responsible for forging strategic partnerships with our property & architecture clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive business growth and profitability.
- Collaborate with project managers, art directors, and CG artists to deliver high-quality creative work that meets client expectations.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities through effective negotiation and influencing skills.
- Oversee and manage multiple and complex budgets to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide exceptional written skills, particularly in relation to proposals and presentations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in agency & sector experience.
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills.
- A track record of successful relationship building.
- Excellent written and communication skills.
- Experience of overseeing, creating, and managing multiple and complex budgets.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
