Overview
Veesupportservices Ltd is seeking an experienced Business and Partnerships Manager to lead the delivery and operation of safeguarding arrangements within statutory responsibilities to multi-agency partners across Liverpool.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting Chairs of the board in writing reports, procedures, guidance, and providing public information. They will also advise LSCP members on Safeguarding policy issues and make recommendations for decision-making in respect of the LSCP's budget, duties, priorities, and future direction.

The ideal candidate will have extensive strategic knowledge within a safeguarding setting, managing staff in a multi-agency environment. They will have experience of coordinating and chairing multi-disciplinary meetings and developing and writing policies and procedures, performance management, and quality assurance.

Key responsibilities
- Assist Chairs of the board in writing reports, procedures, guidance, and providing public information
- Advise LSCP members on Safeguarding policy issues and make recommendations for decision-making
- Oversee the LSCP Strategic board and sub-groups
- Coordinate and chair multi-disciplinary meetings
- Develop and write policies and procedures, performance management, and quality assurance
- Manage staff in a multi-agency environment

Requirements
- Experienced Safeguarding Manager qualified in social work, nursing, teaching, or policing
- Extensive strategic knowledge within a safeguarding setting
- Experience of managing staff in a multi-agency environment
- Ability to coordinate and chair multi-disciplinary meetings
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
