Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including market research and networking.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
  • Meet/exceed dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
