Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including market research and networking.
- Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Track and report on sales activities, pipeline, and revenue generation to the line manager.
- Meet/exceed dynamic KPIs set within the contact centre.
Requirements
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
