Job Summary

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly driven and service-led Commercial Account Executive to join their team. As a Commercial Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of large corporate clients, providing expert advice on risk management and insurance solutions.
  • Develop and implement client service plans, including annual timetables of visits and reviews.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying their risks management objectives and advising on changes in perceived risk exposures.
  • Identify and progress new business leads, working closely with the sales team to secure new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the account handling team to ensure seamless delivery of client services.

Requirements

  • Previous experience of working on complex risks handling larger commercial business.
  • Excellent knowledge of property and casualty business within the UK market.
  • Highly driven and service-led insurance professional with great business acumen.
  • Ability to identify how to add value from an insurance and risk perspective to large corporate clients.
  • Progression towards ACII would be advantageous.
