Commercial Account Manager

We are working with a food tech scale-up that is revolutionising commercial kitchens. The ideal candidate will be used to a fast-paced and changeable environment, and preferably have knowledge of the food delivery space.

The Role

This is a commercial role that will see the General Manager/Managing Director looking at managing targets, account management, customer lifecycle, and relationships.

  • Managing revenue margin targets per customer
  • Analysis of sales and customer accounts
  • Managing and monitoring of enterprise accounts via joint business plans
  • Creating sales and commercial plan
  • Optimising the account management function
Key Requirements
  • B2B experience in food delivery setting
  • Experience managing high-performance accounts
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • B2B2C and/or experience of trading on/within marketplaces
