About the Role

CrossReach is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to fill the position of Senior Recovery Worker. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality support to individuals in their recovery journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and coordinate care to ensure the highest possible quality of life for service users.
  • Deliver high-quality support to service users, manage your team, and uphold professional standards.
  • Supervise staff, assist with recruitment, and ensure HR policies are followed.
  • Support the Service Manager, contribute to health and safety processes, and maintain a supportive environment.
  • Demonstrate Christian values by leading worship and incorporating prayer and Bible readings into staff meetings.

Requirements

  • HNC in Social Care or SVQ Level 3.
  • Additional qualifications like PDA Supervision and PDA Medication required.
  • Experience in care and basic computer skills are essential.
