Job Summary

CrossReach is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Worker to join our team at Cameron House. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our residents during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide wakeful night duty cover and act as a key worker for designated service users
  • Manage care plans with input from relevant stakeholders
  • Assist with personal and intimate care, supporting the use of aids and equipment
  • Liaise with health professionals and maintain a high standard of the physical environment and personal effects
  • Monitor nutritional needs, respond to emergencies, and participate in meetings as required

Requirements

  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or willingness to achieve
  • Basic computer literacy skills
  • Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
  • Compliance with health and safety, financial procedures, and ongoing training
