About the Role:
CrossReach is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care Worker to join our team at our Residential Abstinence Recovery Service. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their recovery journeys during the night, ensuring their safety, comfort, and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive and supportive care to individuals in our care, building strong relationships and delivering compassionate assistance throughout the night.
- Offer wakeful night cover and handle essential domestic duties, maintaining a high standard of the physical environment.
- Manage care plans, assist with personal care, and liaise with health professionals to ensure seamless support.
- Monitor nutritional needs and handle emergencies with professionalism and poise.
Requirements:
- SVQ Level 3 in Social Care or willingness to obtain
- Basic computer skills
- Respect for Christian worship and ability to facilitate service users' participation
