Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care and support to children with complex needs, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Assist with daily living activities, such as toileting, washing, and dressing.
- Support children with their educational and social needs, including attending school and nursery.
- Accompany children and their families to hospital appointments and outings.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to children and their families.
- Experience of working with children and/or community care.
- Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and night shifts.
- Ability to travel and work in a variety of settings.
