We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Worker to join our team at CrossReach. As a Night Care Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and safety of our service users during the night shift.
Key Responsibilities- Provide wakeful night duty cover and act as a key worker for designated service users
- Manage care plans with input from relevant stakeholders
- Assist with personal and intimate care, supporting the use of aids and equipment
- Liaise with health professionals and maintain a high standard of the physical environment and personal effects
- Monitor nutritional needs, respond to emergencies, and participate in meetings as required
- SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Ability to work on a rota basis, including weekends and evenings
- Compliance with health and safety, financial procedures, and ongoing training
