Join Our HR Advisory Team

HRLife Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our small, friendly HR Advisory team. As an HR Advisor - Employee Relations, you will play a key role in advising Managers on a range of Employee Relations issues, utilizing your knowledge of employment legislation, policy, and best practice to guide and advise and ensure risk is mitigated.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide deeper level case management support on high risk, complex Employee Relations cases
  • Train and upskill line managers on all things Employee Relations, creating documentation to show 'what good looks like' for training and development purposes
  • Undertake various project work, including research to identify latest trends and related material
  • Work with and support the delivery of the outsourced Employee Relations provider, including reviewing cases identified as a risk
Requirements
  • Previous experience of working in an Employee Relations heavy role, ideally within a commercial environment
  • Hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office
