You will work closely with NHS Talking Therapies services and the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) to provide a high-quality, one-to-one service to individuals who face employment challenges due to mental health issues.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have experience working with mental health and possess excellent motivational skills. You will be able to inspire and engage individuals, providing them with the support and guidance they need to overcome their employment challenges.
You will have a strong understanding of employment rights and job retention, and be able to provide expert advice and guidance to individuals. A degree in Advice and Guidance, Health and Social Care, or Customer Service, or equivalent experience, is essential for this role.
