About the Role

We are recruiting Strategic Finance Partners to join our Society into key leadership roles. Our Strategic Finance Partners will act (in effect) as Heads of Finance to the wider individual members of the Group Executive team, divisional managing directors and broader senior leaders.

These brand new positions are an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on our business during a time of significant growth.

About You

You will be a qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent) with previous experience of strategic finance business partnering to senior Executive level stakeholder. You will have proven experience establishing effective and credible partnering relationships with multiple business areas up to Board level.

It is crucial that you will have strong communication skills and be able to influence a diverse range of stakeholders to deliver complex information in a compelling way.

With a demonstrated externally focused mindset you will have the opportunity to work in an innovative and creative way to elevate our ambitious strategic goals.

Pay: Up to £80,000.00 per year
