We're on the lookout for a talented digital marketeer to join our award-winning client-side marketing team.
Joining a dynamic group of B2B demand generation experts, you will be vital in driving the direction and quality of our digital marketing campaigns across key channels like LinkedIn and Google Ads.
You'll work closely with our Senior Marketing Services Manager, collaborating on strategy and leading execution, and you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of demand generation for our valued customers, across a variety of industries.
This role requires high levels of innovation, creativity, and attention to detail. We want a growth-oriented, strategic thinker who is ready to turn ideas into impactful results - does this sound like you?
**Key responsibilities**
- Develop innovative paid ad campaigns that align with our clients' strategic goals, sparking interest and engagement within their Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) audiences.
- Execute and manage multi-channel paid ad campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, and Bing, with a laser focus on generating highly qualified leads.
- Craft persuasive and engaging ad copy that resonates with B2B audiences, driving increased click-through rates and conversions.
- Work closely with our content writers, graphic designers, and web agency partners, to produce high-quality digital content that guides qualified leads along structured customer journeys.
- Implement retargeting campaigns strategically to increase conversions and effectively move leads through the funnel.
- Continuously optimise campaigns, leveraging A/B testing, data, and insights to make informed decisions that maximise media spend and drive results.
- Utilise tags and conversion tracking to monitor lead journeys, provide deeper insights, showcase lead generation, ROAS and ROI to clients, and enhance conversion rates.
- Prepare comprehensive campaign reports, analyse data, and consolidate valuable insights into client-friendly formats.
- Elevate the skills of junior team members by sharing your digital marketing expertise in paid media execution across key channels and platforms.
**Is this you?**
- Minimum 2 years of digital marketing and paid media experience, specifically targeting B2B audiences.
- Expert knowledge of social media advertising and paid search, with successful campaign execution in both LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (essential).
- Highly competent using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (GA4).
- An eye for detail and exceptional analytical skills, extracting valuable insights from campaign data.
- Excellent organisational skills, consistently delivering high-quality work across multiple projects.
- A passion for content creation and a knack for thinking outside the box to elevate our clients' brands.
- On the pulse of the latest digital trends, with a solid grasp of PPC concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience using WordPress for content management is a plus (though not essential).
