Job Purpose:


As a Senior Site Manager at Next Energy Solutions Ltd, your role will include senior support for the management of projects, ensuring health, safety, and customer service.

At any given time, Next Energy Solutions Ltd can be working on a significant number of retrofit developments in both towns and rural areas across the UK, and each project can pose unique challenges.

Reporting to the Project Managers, you will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating project activities to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
  • Managing project budgets and resources to optimize efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.

• Identify and mitigate project risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.

• Analyze project data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve processes.
