We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Waste Assessor to join our team at CSG. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of waste across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classify and assess waste to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and site procedures.
  2. Develop and maintain accurate records of waste classification and assessment.
  3. Collaborate with sales, operations, and customer services teams to ensure seamless waste management processes.
  4. Provide expert advice on waste treatment and processing options.
  5. Ensure compliance with all relevant waste management licenses and permits.

Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC in chemistry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of waste-related legislation, including Hazardous Waste Regulations, PPC, and ADR.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar systems.
