Hours: 40 hours per week

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Waste Assessor to join our team at CSG. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient management of waste across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Classify and assess waste to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  2. Develop and implement waste management strategies to minimize environmental impact.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless waste management operations.
  4. Provide expert advice on waste treatment and processing options.
  5. Ensure accurate and timely reporting of waste management activities.

Requirements:

  • Degree or HNC in chemistry or a related field.
  • Knowledge of waste-related legislation, including Hazardous Waste Regulations, PPC, and ADR.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Committed, flexible, and pragmatic team player.
  • Professional approach and problem-solving skills.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
