Universal Business Team is on the lookout for a skilled Area Sales Manager to become a vital part of our expanding, family-oriented organization with ambitious growth objectives. This role is a standalone B2B sales position focused on promoting innovative, mid to high-end healthcare solutions. You will play a crucial role in both maintaining existing accounts and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by nurturing current accounts and actively seeking new business opportunities.
  • Exhibit comprehensive technical knowledge of our product offerings.
  • Foster and maintain relationships with existing clients through various communication methods, including in-person meetings, video calls, and emails.
  • Guide potential clients through the sales process, consistently onboarding new customers.
  • Provide ongoing support to current clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are informed of any updates.
  • Expand business opportunities through diverse market channels.
  • Gather customer feedback and conduct specific research to support dealer needs.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated B2B sales experience with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
  • Adept at building relationships and providing tailored solutions.
  • Goal-oriented, organized, and possess a thorough understanding of our products and services.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify client needs and propose beneficial solutions.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities, with a polished and professional communication style.
  • High levels of self-motivation and ambition.
  • Possession of a valid UK driving license.
  • Willingness to cover a broad territory, with minimal overnight travel required.

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000, negotiable based on experience.
  • Uncapped commission structure with realistic OTE exceeding £75,000.
