About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team at Interpersonnel Uk Limited. As a key member of our Commercial Team, you will be responsible for managing the commercial performance of our Godstone and Crawley areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on agreed commercial targets in relation to value-added products, revenue, and margin.
  • Develop key customer relationships in a new market area for the company and build long-term customer loyalty.
  • Support the commercial credit policy at all times and liaise with customers to manage our risks.
  • Use your skills as a team player to work alongside all departments and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Produce accurate commercial reports and forecasts.
Requirements
  • A self-confident and self-motivated individual with strong selling and negotiation skills and a proven track record in delivering results.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Ability to quickly interpret industry and market knowledge to devise and deliver local commercial strategies.
  • Demonstrate our brand values.
  • IT literate along with business report writing skills.
  • Experience in building materials, concrete, or construction sales or similar would be advantageous for this role.
