Job Description

About the Role

This exciting opportunity has arisen to join Bravo Networks and play a key part in identifying business placement opportunities to increase partner insurer penetration, growing network income through partner placement and increasing gross written premium (GWP) with existing partner insurers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with business development managers and network members to identify new business opportunities and markets to approach.
  • Support the placement of business with strategic partner insurers and wider family markets, assisting members to grow GWP with partner markets.
  • Review the success of business identification and placement on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain a central database of pipeline activity and provide regular feedback to line managers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business development managers, placement teams, insurer relations managers, and provide regular feedback to line managers.
  • Produce monthly management information for business development managers and line managers, identifying areas of opportunity and acting upon them.
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of insurer appetites and apply it to placement activity within the network membership, keeping up to date with industry news and developments.
  • Ensure all business activities comply with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of trust, confidence, and fairness in all business dealings.

Requirements

  • A proactive influencer with strong relationship management skills and the ability to communicate effectively.
  • A self-motivated and driven individual who works well in a team but can use their initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Previous experience in the insurance industry and current and extensive product knowledge in both personal and commercial lines markets.
  • CII qualifications would be an advantage, but opportunities for gaining industry qualifications are available.
