Demand Planning Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Belkin International. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for sales and inventory levels, utilizing market intelligence and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, and Supply Planning teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of demand signals.
- Participate in the EMEA S&OP process, owning the forecasted demand for responsible markets and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs.
- Work closely with Sales leads to define NPI launches and adjust forecasts to align with agreed plans.
- Analyze market trends and commercial impacts to recommend demand plans to Sales Leads.
- Ensure EOL plans are forecasted correctly, and remaining inventory is consumed where applicable to provide the business with the correct E&O visibility based on these demand signals.
Requirements
- Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in Demand & Supply Planning tools.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Mastery in communication to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels.
- Business-level proficiency in English required; additional language is advantageous.
- Experience with an ERP system preferably Oracle.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum one year's experience working in a similar position across an international portfolio.
- Sound judgement, flexibility, and strong professional ethics.
- Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
