About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our bodyshop team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our team to ensure all body repairs and paintwork meet our defined quality procedures.
  • Conduct thorough visual inspections of all vehicles in line with our job cards.
  • Identify and report any quality issues, collaborating with our workshop controller to ensure timely re-work.
  • Accurately complete all quality control documentation to our standards.
  • Meet our bodyshop targets, including a minimum of 10 vehicles per day.
  • Adhere to all relevant industry standards, including BS10125.
  • Collaborate with our reception team to ensure timely vehicle returns to customers.
  • Maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements and lead by example.

Requirements

  • Experience in the repair industry, including knowledge of vehicle legislation and trade practices.
  • Understanding of the repair process.
  • Attention to detail and ability to highlight issues constructively.
  • Confidence in explaining the repair process in simple terms.
  • Ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others.
  • Experience in quality controlling and polishing.
