About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Belkin International. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for sales and inventory levels, utilizing market intelligence and data analysis to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Product Management teams to drive customer service and sales growth, while ensuring inventory levels are optimized.
  • Participate in the EMEA S&OP process, owning the forecasted demand for responsible markets and identifying opportunities to improve KPIs.
  • Work closely with Supply Planning Team to understand inventory positions, rebalance expectations, and prioritize time-critical inventory.
  • Ensure End-of-Life (EOL) plans are forecasted correctly, and remaining inventory is consumed to provide accurate E&O visibility.

Requirements

  • Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in Demand & Supply Planning tools and ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet business-critical deadlines.
  • Business-level proficiency in English required, with additional languages advantageous.
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent people and relationship management skills, with the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Minimum one year's experience working in a similar position across an international portfolio.
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, and strong professional ethics.
