About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Belkin International. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts for sales and inventory levels, utilizing market intelligence and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and effective communication of demand plans.
- Manage inventory levels to optimize stock levels, reduce waste, and minimize stockouts.
- Participate in the EMEA Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment of demand and supply plans.
- Work closely with the supply planning team to understand current inventory positions and rebalance inventory expectations with sales leads.
- Ensure end-of-life (EOL) plans are forecasted correctly, and remaining inventory is consumed where applicable to provide the business with accurate E&O visibility.
Requirements
- Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in demand and supply planning tools.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Mastery in communication to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels.
- Business-level proficiency in English required; additional language is advantageous.
- Experience with an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
- Strong experience in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint.
- Possess excellent people and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum one year's experience working in a similar position across an international portfolio.
- Sound judgment, flexibility, and strong professional ethics.
- Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines.
