Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Belkin International. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to drive business growth and optimize inventory levels
  • Collaborate with sales, product management, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and achieve business objectives
  • Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking
  • Analyze market trends and commercial impacts to recommend demand plans to sales leads
  • Work closely with the supply planning team to understand current inventory positions and rebalance inventory expectations
  • Ensure end-of-life plans are forecasted correctly and remaining inventory is consumed to provide accurate E&O visibility

Requirements

  • Solid organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in demand and supply planning tools
  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Mastery in communication to a wide range of stakeholders at varying levels
  • Business-level proficiency in English required; additional language is advantageous
  • Experience with an ERP system, preferably Oracle
  • Strong experience in Microsoft Office, preferably Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent people and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Minimum one year's experience working in a similar position across an international portfolio
  • Sound judgment, flexibility, and strong professional ethics
  • Proven ability to meet multiple deadlines
