About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Demand Planner to join our team at Belkin International. As a Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by developing and maintaining accurate forecasts, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate forecasts to drive business growth and optimize inventory levels
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to understand market trends and customer needs
- Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstocking
- Participate in the EMEA S&OP process to ensure alignment with business objectives
- Work closely with the supply planning team to understand inventory positions and rebalance expectations
- Ensure EOL plans are forecasted correctly and remaining inventory is consumed to provide accurate E&O visibility
Requirements
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in demand and supply planning tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Business-level proficiency in English required; additional language skills advantageous
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle, and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Minimum one year's experience in a similar role across an international portfolio
