We are currently in search of a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to oversee our Front Office operations on a permanent basis. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and team members alike. It is essential that each team member contributes positively to foster a joyful and engaging environment, as we aim to cultivate a community rich in diverse backgrounds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Empower yourself to address guest complaints effectively, taking corrective actions when necessary, and documenting these interactions for future reference.
  • Assign rooms to incoming guests based on reservation requests and personal judgment.
  • Boost hotel revenue by promoting room upgrades in line with established targets and availability.
  • Supervise Front Office Clerks to ensure optimal performance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.
  • Manage cash floats, reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager or relevant directors.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
