We are currently seeking a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to oversee our Front Office operations on a permanent basis. Your role will be pivotal in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. We value positive energy and aim to foster a fun and supportive environment, celebrating diverse backgrounds and experiences while prioritizing career development.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Empowering team members to address guest concerns and implement corrective measures, ensuring proper documentation and communication with management.

- Assigning rooms to incoming guests based on reservation requests and personal judgment.

- Driving hotel revenue through effective upselling of room categories, in line with established targets and availability.

- Supervising Front Office Clerks to ensure optimal performance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.

- Managing cash floats and reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager or relevant directors.

You will be expected to work 40 hours per week on a shift basis.
