We are currently in search of a dedicated Front Office Supervisor to oversee our Front Office on a permanent basis, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service and memorable experiences for our guests and colleagues. It is essential that each team member contributes positive energy to foster a joyful and engaging environment, as we aim to cultivate a community that values diverse backgrounds and experiences, focusing on career development rather than mere employment.

As a Front Office Supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Empowering team members to address guest concerns and implement corrective measures, documenting actions in guest histories and reporting to management as necessary.

- Assigning rooms for incoming guests based on advance reservations and personal discretion.

- Enhancing hotel revenue through strategic upselling of room categories, aligned with established targets and availability.

- Supervising Front Office Clerks to ensure optimal performance, punctuality, and adherence to company standards.

- Managing cash floats and reporting any discrepancies to the Front Office Manager or relevant directors.

This role requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, following a shift schedule.
