Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen utensils, cookware, and equipment to the required standards.
  • Exhibit strong attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures.
  • Safely store all kitchen items and report any breakages promptly.
  • Ensure all kitchen and related areas are kept clean and organized.
  • Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adhere to cleaning protocols using appropriate chemicals and follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules.
  • Report any equipment faults or damages to a senior kitchen staff member.
  • Assist with receiving food deliveries and ensure proper storage as directed by senior kitchen staff.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Implement recommendations from Hygiene Audits to enhance the kitchen environment and achieve consistent positive outcomes.
