Your primary responsibilities will include:
  • Preparing delectable, high-quality dishes that delight our clients
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance our food service
  • Fostering a positive kitchen atmosphere where your team feels welcomed and supported
  • Assisting the team in delivering our delicious food concepts to our customers
  • Representing Compass Group UK&I and upholding a positive brand image
  • Supporting the team with food ordering, inventory management, and minimizing food waste
  • Overseeing kitchen cleanliness to maintain hygiene standards
  • Assisting the team in managing budgets and achieving financial targets
  • Adhering to Food Handling and Hygiene standards
  • Complying with Health and Safety regulations
